De gastvrouw deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Ze plukte fruit uit de tuin en legde eieren voor de deur. Ook maakte ze contact met ons om de locatie goed te kunnen vinden. De omgeving is rustig, winkels op loopafstand (mits je langs de zwerfhonden durft te lopen). Comfortabele bedden, het appartement is koel.
Ruim appartement voor 5 personen. Het meubilair is gedateerd en er is alleen een airco in de woonkamer. Omdat het appartement zich in de kelder bevindt voel je je soms een beetje opgesloten. De tuin is niet goed onderhouden; buiten zitten is niet goed mogelijk, een wasje ophangen wel. De locatie ligt afgelegen in nog te ontwikkelen bouwgrond gebied.

Far from the city its good to live here like staycation the owner is so kind and generous you are just living like a family there maybe someday we will back there she is like our grandmother very caring and helpful and the house is clean you can cook also and very comfortable room.

Это был наш первый визит в Армению! Мы остались очень довольны. Приехав в новую страну ты многое не знаешь и не понимаешь , у нас не возникло проблем, потому что удивительная хозяйка Маринэ во всем помогала и объясняла , даже такси нам вызывала. Очень внимательная , добрая и заботливая женщина. Дом уютный и чистый , было очень комфортно жить. Воздух, вода , горы вокруг и тишина - это все что нужно для отдыха! Большие комнаты , два полноценных санузла , кухня и балкон с видом на Арарат , если вы ищите жилье , с удовольствием рекомендую снять именно это! Хочется вернутся еще! Спасибо вам дорогие хозяева за тот уют и комфорт, который вы создаете!
