The rooms was nice and clean. It was warm during winter, had wifi, and basic necessities and I could charge my phone. The guy at the reception desk was friendly and helpful, even booked an uber when needed. The price was reasonable for a 2 room with double bed, shower, toilet and mini kitchen. For my destination the location was perfect, so it depends. However it is self catering. There is secure parking and area is safe.
I did not have any problem but the bathroom is a little small.

Safe area, walkable distance to the mall
Dirt!!!
My bedding was dirty
There was a lot of comings and goings, noise from other patrons who would book for an hour or two
It’s a whore house kind of, uber drivers know it to be a den for working girls. I was oblivious to that
After going outside for a broom, I found a man sitting on my bed and he asked me how much I charge for an hour!!!!! I told him that I’m a guest who’s on vacation
