Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to unwind in nature, this suite is thoughtfully designed for rest, relaxation, and a true taste of farm life.
The Space:
• 420 sq ft well appointed guest house
• Comfortable queen bed, cozy sitting area with wood burning stove (wood provided)
Pull out sofa bed for kids or friends and kitchenette. Full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Property Highlights:
• Located on 86 private acres with scenic trails to roam, hike, bike, or ride
• Tranquil pond for swimming, fishing (bring your own gear), grilling, or lounging
• Outdoor fire pit near the pond—ideal for campfires and stargazing
• A peaceful rural setting, perfect for disconnecting and recharging
On the Farm:
• Watch our beautiful horses graze in nearby pastures
• Guided trail rides available by appointment (ages 8+, no experience needed)
• Additional fee applies for guided rides
• Horse introductions and educational experiences available for interested guests

• Suite stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, butter, snacks, and farm-fresh eggs when available

As soon as we opened the cabin door we knew we were someplace special. The view of the farm was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was cozy and immaculately clean. Our hosts Jessica and Ryan were wonderful. Would highly recommend for the beauty, comfort and convenience to Letchworth State Park. 5 stars.

We booked this location for my daughter‘s family, which includes my daughter, her husband and my twin grandkids. They loved the look and cleanliness of the cabin and loved the fact that there were so many animals that were comfortable enough to come and get close to them so that they could engage. We are already looking to book another stay at the Letchworth Farm and book both the cottage and the cabin.

Our suite was absolutely cozy and inviting! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space was thoughtfully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with all the little touches that made our stay relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it truly felt like a retreat. We can’t wait to come back!
