Welcome to your perfect relaxing getaway—completed in June 2025 and thoughtfully designed to bring people together in comfort and style.
This stunning 5,000 sq ft home features 8 spacious bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests, making it ideal for large families, group trips, or special celebrations.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area with plenty of seating for everyone—perfect for shared meals, meaningful conversations, and relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining setup so your whole group can dine together with ease.
The home offers two expansive living spaces:
• A cozy downstairs family room for laid-back gatherings
• An upstairs game room packed with entertainment—pool table, ping pong, darts, card table, plus a lounge area with a TV.
Step outside and enjoy two levels of screened-in covered porches, perfect for unwinding without the bugs. The main-level porch features a private hot tub and opens directly to your pool area—ideal for both relaxation and fun.
Whether you're soaking up the sun or cooling off, the private pool is a guest favorite (open from Memorial Day through October 15; please note it is not heated).
For lake lovers, you’ll have access to a shared dock. A wooded gravel trail leads down to the water, where you can swim, relax, or bring your boat. If you bring a boat, you’ll have use of the middle slip.
Please note: the trail is a bit steep, and other nearby guests may also be using the dock.
You’ll also enjoy access to 4 kayaks and 1 floating lily pad, perfect for fun days on the water.
With high-end finishes throughout and a wide range of amenities, this home truly offers something for everyone—from peaceful mornings on the porch to lively game nights and poolside afternoons.
Please note that the pool is unavailable from November through mid-March each year, as temperatures become too cold even with the heater on.

The pictures do not do this home justice. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out the game room and pool are awesome. The owner is very responsive to any text. We all had an absolutely fantastic time. Loved this home!!!

I am so glad we chose the lake house in Cadiz for our family event. The house and surrounding property were clean and lovely. Honestly, it’s even more spacious and bright inside than it looks in the pictures. The entertainment area upstairs was extra fun. Outside the pool, fire pit, walk to the lake, and two story screened in porch were wonderful. We had family members as young as 3 and as old as 76, and everyone had a great time. The bedrooms are well distributed on both floors, so the mobility concerns of a few family members were not an issue at all. Amanda was an attentive and friendly host, making sure we got checked in without difficulty and that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this property for your next big gathering.

We had the best time on a girls trip at this beautiful home! The pictures are beautiful, but they don't even show it all! We needed to stay at least 4-5 days to experience everything this home has to offer! Great communication and super clean, will definitely stay here again!
