The house was warm and inviting, clean and well kept. Communication was seamless and details of entering and exiting the property were perfectly clear. Would stay here again!

This is not an expensive property and so it does have value for the money. Plus the host is very responsive. The appliances all work well and are fairly new. However there were a few things that were disappointing. The bathroom is not only tiny but it is off the kitchen and not near the bedrooms. This is not clear from photographs, in fact there was no photograph of the bathroom. The driveway is very short and you need to back out onto a fairly busy road so that was a bit of a concern. Also it is listed as air conditioning but it was very hot in New Hampshire when I was there and the small window air conditioner in the living room had trouble keeping up with heat outside
