The apartment is located on a quiet side street in Eutingen im Gäu. The town is part of the Northern Black Forest region and the Stuttgart metropolitan area. The A81 highway is just a few minutes’ drive away and provides access to Stuttgart, Tübingen, Lake Constance, and the Black Forest.
Eutingen im Gäu has a local bakery, two butcher shops, and a grocery store where you can find everything you need for daily life. You’ll also find a pharmacy, a savings bank, two snack bars, and a hair salon in town.
The apartment, which is just under 70 square meters, is located in the basement of our three-family home.
It can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in a comfortable, large double bed (2x2m), 2 on the sleeper sofa, and 1 travel crib for toddlers.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, a small cabinet, a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, and conditioner.
The spacious living room features a small work area, a children’s corner with a few toys, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV with Netflix and live TV via the internet.
The dining room is set up for up to 4 adults and 1 child (children’s cutlery + high chair).
In the kitchen, the dishwasher makes your daily life easier. A fully automatic coffee machine—complete with coffee beans, sugar, and coffee creamer—lets you enjoy a cup of coffee for breakfast. You’ll also find an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, pans, pots, cutting boards, spatulas, bowls, oil, salt, pepper, etc.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment and should be sufficient for daily needs.
Free parking is available on the street (dead-end).
