Fantastic two-story apartment with a communal pool and garage. One terrace with panoramic views of the golf course and the Canigó Mountains—perfect for relaxing, barbecuing, or mixing cocktails. One balcony with a table for breakfast right next to the kitchen. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living-dining room, with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. On the second floor is a living room with a sofa and the main terrace with fantastic views of the Torremirona Golf Course*****, as well as a suite with an en suite bathroom.
The communal pool is very quiet; it often feels like a private pool, as there are few apartments that share it. The resort features two restaurants and a “fitness club” with swimming pools, saunas, a hair salon, tennis, padel, massages, etc.—the best in the area. For golfers, the Torremirona Golf Course features 18 fully regulation holes where many national and international golf tournaments are held. The beach is 25 minutes away.
