At the time we rented this property, it was difficult to get an idea of the greatness of the property based on the photos (many of them are close ups or they are just a picture of a tree or a doorway). Also, the bedroom and bathroom descriptions were poor. Based on the photos and property description alone, it was difficult to know exactly what we were getting in to. But Chad was responsive to describe the bedroom and bathroom accommodations. Next, we discovered this property is surrounded by Greek sorority houses. So we thought it might be "party central" in the neighborhood. However, we were PLEASANTLY surprised by the property. The living spaces were spacious. There are two separate TV rooms with nice furnishings. The kitchen was also very nice. The two refrigerators suited us perfectly as we came in for a wedding and had "wedding" food and "family" food that needed to remain separated. Finally, having two beds in many of the bedrooms allowed families to sleep together in one room rather than having to obtain separate rooms for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this property for large family gatherings.I hope the property owners can do a better job with taking better photos and organizing them for future clients.

Kitchen was very well equipped, clean and organized. House was clean and well appointed. It was perfect for a group of women who get together a couple of times a year. TVs easy to operate and bedding was comfy.

Chad was amazing and very helpful with any questions. The house was awesome and we will be recommending it to family and friends going to Wichita.
