Welcome to Silver Palms, a brand new (July 2025) home just over the dune from pink-sand Poponi Beach, one of the top beaches on the island. Silver Palms is located in the premier location on Eleuthera, The Banks Road of Governors Harbour, and is a short walk down the beach to La Bougainvillea's excellent restaurant and bar. Located on a quiet side street, Silver Palms is set in a grove of the trees that gave it its name.
Enter Silver Palms into the great room, with its modern fully equipped kitchen finished in quartz and stainless steel. The sunny dining area has seating for up to eight. The living area is furnished with a leather sectional sofa and a 65-inch flat screen TV.
Silver Palms has two bedrooms and two baths. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin XL-over-queen bunk bed and is right next to the second full bath, which is accessed from the hallway.
Step outside and enjoy the broad wrap-around veranda with areas for sunning and shaded areas for lounging.
Amenities at Silver Palms include Starlink super-fast WIFI, AC throughout, ceiling fans, a kayak, back-up generator, and back-up water system.
Silver Palms is a 2 minute walk over the dune path to world-class Poponi Beach. La Bougainvillea Boutique Resort, with its excellent restaurant and bar, is a short walk down the beach. Tippy's famous beachfront restaurant and bar is a 3-minute drive. Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera, is an 8-minute drive. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster in the afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won't want to miss it.

House was beautifully updated and close to the beach and a very short walk to a great restaurant/bar with pool. Banks road locale was close to everything—grocery, town, restaurants—plus the nearly deserted beach. Pam was so helpful with everything as well, our first booking the house sold and she went out of her way to get us a comparable place.

Silver Palms home was amazing for our family. Clean, modern, cool, and comfortable. Our boys enjoyed their own space. I loved sitting on the deck every morning and evening listening to the birds, the sound of the ocean, and truly relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with us for this magical week. Communication was excellent, and you made us feel at ease and welcomed.

Beautiful new property. Everything as pictured. Great to have the generator and backup water supply. Owner and caretaker were both responsive and great to work with.

Silver Palms is in a great location, walkable to La Bougainvilla and a quick drive to Tippy's. Easily our two favorite restaurants during our stay on Eleuthera! Poponi Beach on the Atlantic side is beautiful and an easy walk from the house. Unfortunately our only calm day was our arrival day so we only walked it, never swam it. The house is clean and modern and has everything you need. There is no safe for valuables but the owner assured us they've never had an issue and we never felt unsafe. The lawn is lovely, well-kept, with beautiful silver palm trees. The deck is nice but while security cameras make you feel safe, they don't allow for a feeling of privacy so we didn't spend much time out there. There's no hair dryer, so if that's important to you bring one along. Easy drive into Governor's Harbor and close to Eleuthera Market for groceries and Jimmy's for beverages. We found the central location great for exploring both the south and north parts of Eleuthera. Owner Louis and property manager Richard were very kind and communicative. Kristin from Eleuthera Vacation Rentals was a gem from booking last July all the way through our checkout with so many tips and recommendations. We can't wait to return to Eleuthera and will definitely book through Eleuthera Vacation Rentals again!
