The house is located in the “Il Cardo” condominium, a few minutes' walk from the start of the cable car to Piani di Bobbio. From here it is easy to organize excursions, ski days, walks in the woods or bike rides along the plateau trails. In a few minutes on foot or by car you can also reach the center of Barzio with its typical restaurants and mountain shops. The Colle di Balisio, the Rocca di Baiedo and the surrounding trails offer breathtaking views in every season.

The apartment is located on the third floor served by an elevator. The entrance opens onto a small hallway that leads to the bathroom, equipped with a toilet with shower, sink, shower and washing machine. The living area is a large open space with decorative fireplace, two sofa beds (one double and one with one and a half), dining table with four chairs, wardrobes and a compact but well-equipped kitchen with sink, mini fridge, four-burner induction cooktop and microwave. The real added value is the terrace with a view of the valley: from Colle di Balisio to Rocca di Baiedo, a spectacle that changes with the seasons. It is furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for an outdoor breakfast or a glass at sunset.
