A comfortable, modern grand-design house Casa Erlinda, built early of 2016. Located along the Gov. Jose Fuentebella National Highway, corner of Quezon and Aguinaldo Street, inside the compound of the old Municipal Building, also former The Museum of Tigaon and presently the LTO-Partido, Tigaon (Land Transportation Organization). The house can accommodate 10 persons, 2 persons in two of the bedrooms, 3 persons in the 3rd bedroom and available 3 mattresses that could be put anywhere the house. Master's bedroom is located on the first floor with own T&B as well as the kitchen, living room and a bar table with 2 bar chairs. On the second floor locates two bedrooms with cabinets in each room and a toilet and bath. All rooms have air-conditioned units, and both bathrooms have a shower heater. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic induction 4-burner hob, microwave, coffeemaker, rice cooker, etc.
Guests are provided with bed sheets, linens, pillows and towel.
The house has a water tank with a water pump but sometimes the supply of water of the local Nawasa is poor. When the watertank got empty, the pump will refill it
The house is a 13-minute drive (6.9 km) to the nearest beach, Nato Beach. From there you can also rent a boat for a day picnic at the virgin island of Atulayan. 36-minute drive (19.7 km) to Mount Isarog National Park and Consosep Waterfalls. An hour and 50-mins drive (74.2 km) to the cone-shaped Mayon Volcano and Cagsawa Church. 45-minute drive (36.3 km) to CWC CamSur Watersports Complex and 39-minute drive (33.7 km) to Naga Airport in Pili. And above all, the famous CARAMOAN ISLAND is just around the corner: To the Sabang port is just 30-minute By car (19.8 km) and to the San Jose port a 20-minute drive (15.3 km). From the port, to your choice of Resort (for example The Gota beach, where the survivor had filmed) is 45-minute By boat and to the fantastic Tugawe Cove Beach Resort is also 45-minute boat ride. If you want to go all the way By car, would take 1-hour+50-mins to the Caramoan Peninsula.
