Villa I TRE LAGHI is a standalone property surrounded by greenery and overlooking a polo field. It is managed like a hotel, and the staff will handle the daily cleaning of the house and the rooms. Linens will be changed every 3 days. Breakfast can be prepared upon request at a cost of 15 euros per person

The villa is located within a gated community consisting of only 10 villas. The property covers approximately 460 square meters, and the garden is about 2,500 square meters. At the rear, the villa is surrounded by a chestnut grove, while the flat front area features a Japanese garden with rhododendrons, azaleas, and large bonsai trees.
In front of the house, there is outdoor parking for up to 3 cars and space for 2 cars in the covered garage.

INTERIOR OF THE VILLA
The villa is on a single level and consists of a first, enormous bedroom with a king-size bed (called the Honey Moon Bedroom), a TV, and a large en-suite bathroom (featuring a large shower, a two-person whirlpool tub, and two separate rooms with toilets).
The living room features a fireplace, a large-screen TV with international channels, and extremely comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The open kitchen, with a table for 10 people, is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a convection oven, a microwave, and a pizza oven.
The second bedroom (called the Master Bedroom) has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Near the kitchen, there is also a guest bathroom for occasional visitors.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; some feature remote controls, while others have units built into the all-wood ceilings.

The Honeymoon Bedroom is protected by a sliding security door that is not visible from the living room (Panic Room). All windows and doors are certified as shatterproof and bulletproof
Two staff members are permanently on-site at the villa to handle room cleaning, provide cooking services as needed, and attend to any other guest needs, such as laundry.

The residential complex where the villa is located features a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a soccer field available for guest use.
The complex is situated between an 18-hole golf course (Golf Club Lecco) and five polo fields (La Poncia).
The area offers tranquility, privacy, and security.
Milan is about a 45-minute drive away; Monza, with its own racetrack, is about 25 minutes away; Como is 30 minutes away; and the Italian-Swiss border is 40 minutes away
Malpensa Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes), Bergamo Airport (50 minutes), and Linate Airport (45 minutes).
Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and all other amenities are within a short distance of the villa
