Very well equipped home! Great appliances throughout. Appreciate Jill’s prompt communications every time I contacted her. Loved the location! We are frequent visitors to Frisco and always want to walk to Main Street and Walter Byron Park. Great beds and lots of thoughtfulness put into space. Plenty of drawer/closet/storage spaces and lots of hooks by the front door! Those hooks don’t sound like a big deal but, trust me, they are - especially in a mountain town.

Our stay was amazing. Jill was a great host. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with absolutely everything you need. Jill goes above and beyond most other rentals to provide everything you will need for a great stay, especially if you plan on cooking in during your trip. Location is fantastic and is a quick easy walk to Main St for eating and shopping. Close to gas, EV charging stations and grocery stores. We were here for a week to ski at Keystone over Christmas with our 4 college age kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. This is absolutely a 5-star rental. Would highly recommend and we are already planning to come back. Thank you Jill!

Loved this property and the care the host has clearly put into maintaining it. It was perfect for my family of five. Immediately after leaving, we were already looking forward to booking for next years holiday trip.

We really enjoyed the location…walking distance to adventure park and the marina. We were able to leave the car parked most of our stay just because things were close!
The complex was quiet and there was enough room in the house for us to spread out a bit. All was accurate and it was so nice to have laundry, a gas grille, and storage space for our bikes.
A great place in a wonderful town!
