Located 10 minutes to downtown Weaverville, 20/25 minutes to Asheville.
Guests can relax in the peaceful and soothing atmosphere of this lovely private apartment that is the ground level of my home. A lovely garden pathway from your parking spot below the house brings you into a stone patio with porch swing. This is not a handicap accessible apartment.
**Please let me know before booking what kind of dog you have if you plan to bring your pet along.
With 9 foot ceilings, large windows, and a comfortable 900 sq/ft, you'll find a well appointed, well loved digs to inhabit. Full kitchen with sunny window seat, living room offers large L-shape built in couch that doubles as twin size overnight extra guest sleep space.
Bedroom has Queen size bed, large closet, newly redone bathroom w/walk-in shower. A sweet place to call home for a few days or longer. Lower monthly rates negotiable. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway (closed for now due to Hurricane Helene) but still some great hikes nearby. Come enjoy this quiet corner of the mountains.
