had the basics. bed, shower, kitchen, etc.
the location was also central and close to lots of restaurants and shops.
parking was relatively straightforward on the streets behind the building.
checkin was straight foward with key in lockbox
house has a strange odour, didn't quite like that.
tv didn't turn on, remote didnt work
the outside presentation could be cleaner, the dirty walls and front yard wasnt a good first impression.

Thin walls able to hear other guests moving around, few were noisy as they went about

The room was clean and comfortable and really good value for having the beach on the doorstep
There is a slight funny smell in the hallway when you walk in but you cant smell it once you are in your room

Decent price for two nights, close to centre of the city so most things were in walking distance.
Duvet could have had a cover.
