My last-minute booking was promptly accepted by the very friendly owner Ms Helen. The communication with her was pleasant. Upon arrival, Ms Patrycja met us outside the parking garage and guided us to our dedicated parking spot (100 PLN/day). There's 24/7 security staff at the front desk and entry to the building and elevators is only possible with a keytag. We were shown around the spotlessly clean apartment by Ms Patrycja. She also responded almost immediately to a request for extra toilet paper which was delivered to the apartment minutes later along with extra dishwasher tablets.
Besides the overall cleanliness, the best thing about the apartment was the view on every side. We enjoyed our breakfast in the sun on the balcony, which overlooked the marina. Bonus points for having excellent view on the naval parade (Parada Morska) on the 15th of September! The view from the living room on the city of Gdynia was also much appreciated.
The bed and the sofabed in the living room were both comfortable. There was plenty of storage space for clothing, shoes, and suitcases in the walk-in closet as well as the wardrobe and dresser in the bedroom. An iron and ironing board were also provided. The bathroom was well-lit, there was ample space to put your toiletries, over-the-door hooks to hang clothing/towels, and washing powder was provided for the washing machine. The kitchen was well-equiped with kitchen- and tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Coffee and tea were provided. The welcome-basket with a bottle of wine was also a sweet touch from Ms Helen. I highly recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Stylowy prawdziwy penthouse, marzenie za ułamek grosza! Wygodny materac,pięknie stylkowe nowe meble,relaksujaca wanna, apartament w pełni wyposażony. Obsluga na wysokim poziomie, wszystko czyściutkie i zadbane. Jak nad morze- TO TYLKO TU!!! Poranny widok na zatokę zapiera dech w piersiach... żałuję ze tak krótko mogłam zostać, i
już z niecierpliwością czekam na urlop, by znowu móc rozkoszować się nieziemskimi widokami .. wieczorem relax na wygodnych meblach przy kominku z herbatą!!! BOSKO....I rano otwierając oczy i podziwiać z łóżka morski żywioł!. Wrócę na bank, I to na dłużej...

Lokalizacja i obledne widoki. Mila i profesjonalna Pani z firmy obslugujscej obiekt. Niestety na tym koniec.
Jeszcze sie nie zameldowalismy czekajac na Pania z obslugi na przekazanie kluczy i „oprowadzenie” (strasznie dziwna praktyka, ale ok) juz po raz pierwszy zadzwonila wlascicielka zeby koniecznie dac 10 gwiazdek to dostaniemy znizke. Mowie dziwne ale ok. Natomiast potem CODZIENNIE nekala telefonami. Sam obiekt pieknie polozony ale widac ze juz nie stsrczylo na wyposazenie i wykonczenie. No i to ci najwazniejsze - w lokalu bylo diabelnie zimno! jedyne zrodlo cieplo to pseudokominek elektrycznie (to nawet nie byl kominek na biopaliwo tylko farelka z podwietlonym obrazkiem) bo kaloryferery mimo odkrecenia na maxa nie dzialaly (na korytarxu cieplo wiec widac ze budynek juz sie grzeje) moze to i dobrze bo w lazience widac rdze na jednym grzejniku provowana ukryc jedna z wielu naklejeczek tandetnie przyklejonych w roznych miejscach. Ja nie wytrzymalem i przemeldowalem sie do sasiedniego Mariotta. Szkoda swietnej lokalizacji ale to wszystko ze soba nie wspolgra. Aaaaa i jeszcze malutka wanna z ktorej ciezko na szybko skorzystac bo jest perlator zeby zuzywac mniej wody a prysznica w nieb nijak nie wezmiecie. Wiec zostaje mozolne napelnianie za kazdym razem…
