Good choice in Egham

Perfect location, clean and modern

4 / 10

Dirty and cramped, but great location and very responsive managers.

Location was great. Responsiveness of the management was great and they were very helpful when I needed my bedding changed.

The bed was awful. The mattress was ancient and you could feel all the springs, very very uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were old and worn. The towels were rough and old and smelled off. But worst was the duvet cover was white and covered in brown stains, utterly disgusting. I called and had them change to fresh sheets which wasn't a problem but it was insane that I had to even say anything. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the walls were scuffed and stained as well. The bed frame was squeaky and loud and wiggled whenever you moved. Also if you're a person 5'10" or over you're going to be miserable as the bathroom ceiling is very low since the upstairs staircase goes through the bathroom and you cannot stand at the sink or toilet properly. The shower was extremely small, impossibly hard to turn around in without bumping your elbows.

friendly helpful owner and a clean tidy room in a good location!

perfect little place, would definitely stay again.

unfortunate timing with roadworks going on but not noisy and doesn’t effect anything too much.
