The manager was very friendly. We had arrived much earlier than expected and he made arrangements for us to be able to check in asap. We received a detailed guide on everything to do in the area which was nice.
We were under the impression that it was a hotel, but this was more of an Airbnb. This wasn’t too big of an issue though.
There was no hot water in the shower. It was freezing cold. The blankets were very rough, thin, and towel-like.

Immaculately clean, well equipped, spacious and modern. Balcony was lovely to sit on for breakfast and in the evening. We loved the location - 5 min walk from the train station and from the town centre. Taxi rank and minibus station just 5 mins walk. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Two supermarkets within 5 min walk plus small convenience store just next door (fresh bread!!). We loved the Soho

Location was good. It was a nice authentic area.
Heating was good for winter. Plenty of space in the living area.
Secure and very quiet.
The farmers market on your doorstep every Saturday morning is lovely.
Restaurants and supermarkets near by are great.
Being a serviced apartment there is no housekeeping and water is not replenished.
There is a kitchen with an oven but no microwave. Whatever you use, you have to clean.
If you stay more than 3 nights, you will need to replenish the toilet paper.
Toilet did not flush properly and hot water was rare. There is only cold water in the bathroom sink which makes it very unpleasant.
There are stone floors so in winter you will need to bring slippers or thick socks otherwise it will be like walking on ice. Probably more suitable for a stay in summer. Balcony doors are not properly sealed so cold air gets in.
Rooms and beds are very small.
Blinds need to stay shut all day/night as people on the street can see in.
Not our best stay in Turkey unfortunately.
