Very cosy. The cabin rooms were smaller but waking up to snow in the mountains is priceless.
The hotel manager, Fara? He was tremendously helpful, speaks English, nice and very accommodating to all 11 of us. He helped us with everything including bargaining the transport down to Almaty.

I loved the location.... A little away from the crowded part but yet close to the skiing area... food was really very good....
the rooom could have been done up a little better...
