Parkplatzsituation hinter dem Hotel. Aussicht zum Hof hin

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen , zum Strand nur ca 200 Meter, Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, , besonders gut , das von der Servicekraft frisch zu bereitete Rührei oder Spiegelei. 👍

· The breakfast was satisfactory, although €20 per person is not inexpensive.

-parking was very difficult, there a few spaces but when we arrived, they were almost taken, thanks to excellent driver skills of my husband we could still park at the back. It is also not nice to be 'in competation' with other hotel guests for the spaces and to be afraid to use the car and leave the spot while you are staying in the hotel -no lift, we were on second floor, for people with difficulty to walk, this might be challenging -there was no reception and no personal welcome on arrival, as everything was handled remotely. This is not as per expected for building that calls itself hotel. Paper with explanation how to find the keys and telephone number in case of questions. -my room was very small, with balcony this made it look a bit larger. Some place around the bed and that was it. -no airco -hotel is in second layer after the beach. Do not expect to see or hear the sea, hotel is not beach front, still 2 streets away from see (5 min walk), description can be misleading -I only see this hotel for a short stopover or an overnight stay in case no other option available, but for a proper holiday, we would look for somewhere with a more welcoming atmosphere and a fuller range of amenities. -the hotel was overpriced. For what was offered (basics only), the price was simply far too high. -before arrival I had received a pushy e-mail from the hotel with request to check in before arrival, at end I saw they charged 14EUR extra pp. This made me stop the check-in via the link immediately, nowhere it was mentioned when I had booked, there would be an extra fee still.
