The space, location, comfort.
I had a great vacation and the quick access to My favourite stop by the sea.
I was shocked that I had to go to another city to pick up the keys. It was not noted anywhere before making the actual purchase.

Die Wohnung war perfekt und grosszügig für 5 Gäste, sie war sauber, frisch gestrichen, gut eingerichtet und die Küche super ausgestattet. Der Balkon war mit Esstisch und -stühle und einer Gartenlounge ausgestattet und es gab einen grossen Wäscheständer, um die Kleider trocknen zu lassen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahnhof sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Da kommen wir gerne wieder hin.
Die Schlüssel müssen in Cannes abgeholt und zurückgegeben werden. Die Damen dort sind nett und unkompliziert und alles verlief rasch und reibungslos. Dennoch wäre es gut, wenn diese Info bereits auf der Buchungsseite stehen würde und man nicht erst bei der Buchungsbestätigung davon erfährt. Denn dies ist eher ungewöhnlich und ein Entscheidungspunkt beim Buchen. Für Gäste, die nicht mit dem Auto unterwegs sind, ist es umständlicher, auch wenn Cannes nicht so weit entfernt ist.
Die Wohnung ist zwar praktisch, aber etwas kahl eingerichet - ein klein wenig Deko würde nicht schaden, um für eine gemütlichere Atmosphäre zu sorgen.

The apartment is spacious and centrally located—just 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the beach. The beds are big and comfortable. The terrace is huge and well equipped. The lady at the agency was kind.
The bathrooms need renovation. The bathroom in the sleeping area does not have a shower curtain, so it is impossible to shower properly without flooding the floor. The toilet has a hole in the ceiling and visible stains. None of the toilet seats fit the toilets properly.
The kitchen also needs attention. The dishwasher was dirty and did not spray water properly because everything was clogged. The washing machine is mouldy.
The sofa was very uncomfortable. The neighbourhood is good for party people but we were two families on vacation - noisy, smell of urine everywhere...
Another inconvenience is that you have to pick up and return the keys in Cannes.
