-The location very close to the train station, close to CDG Airport, also close to shops
- for Paris pretty spacious apartment, nice calm view to the backyard into some small forest
- communication with owner was good
- price for performance ratio is very good!
-both windows open in the same direction, so there was no real airflow, and combined with the high temperatures in summer the air inside the apartment was often much warmer then outside ( at nighttime ). -> therefore needed to let windows open all the time -> we got bitten by mosquitoes. My wife had over 30 bites from one night… please remember to take mosquito spray in the summer. Or even better, if the owner could provide that there, it would be great
- at least one or two more small lamps in the bedroom would be great, bedside lamps? the room only has the bright ceiling lamp, not ideal for the mosquitoes..
- we were ok, but the general cleanliness was not perfect, there was a moth in the bathroom closet and some black mold on the walls..
-owner offered to bring a ventilator, which unfortunately wasn’t there when we came.

C'était spacieux, propre, calme, proche de la gare et confortable. Le supermarché était aussi à proximité et c'était bien. Le personnel a également été très courtois dans nos échanges par e-mail.
Avant de faire le check-in dans la chambre, j'ai reçu par e-mail des explications sur l'utilisation du code et de la clé, mais c'était un peu difficile jusqu'à ce que je m'y habitue.
J'ai séjourné pendant cinq jours, mais il y avait peu de papier toilette.
Je suis au quatrième étage, mais pendant mon séjour, l'ascenseur était en panne, et j'ai dû descendre mes lourds bagages par mes propres moyens en rentrant, ce qui a été difficile.

J'ai tout aimé, la propreté le silence, et la gare du RER qui est juste à 2 minutes ☺️

L'emplacement, même si l'appartement est mal isolé et qu'on entend la circulation.
Appartement humide et chaud (impossible de modifier les radiateurs).
Machine à café et bouilloir, mais pas de café, ni de thé/chocolat.
Ce serait un plus si le matelas du lit n'était pas aussi moue...
