From the moment that I arrived, I received wonderful service and hospitality from incredibly kind and friendly staff. Both early check in and late check out were easy to arrange and the inclusive breakfast was magnificent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was both hot and powerful. GNC Airport Hotel has been a great experience and a great place to break the long journey between UK and the far east. I will most definitely be booking to stay again on my return journey. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. 10 out of 10 in every department.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was really good with great quality. It was also very easy to communicate with everyone as all the staff spoke English well. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.
The only thing that could be improved was the bedding. It would have been better to have a proper blanket on the bed, as the one provided was very thin and felt more like a sheet.

the breakfast was not a warm breakfast , the eggs were not cooked individually at the time of ordering them, just one choice of eggs —scrambled eggs or boiled. there was no english breakfast tea bags or black tea bags to make
american strong tea.
Irfaan was very pleasant and hospitable and helpful as a manager.
the hotel room was not perfect , internet plugs not working, the light not working above the bed, and the toilet sprayed. water needs adjustment in room 105. the room size was spacious.
Aiysha was very pleasant and hospitable and was wonderful to talk to , she provides excellent customer service and is very helpful.
Zahra was also pleasant and made my phone call to confirm if my ride was coming
the internet service , the plugin for the internet , lighting in the room , the toilet water in room 105 needs adjustment it spraying water outside and wetting someone’s clothing
