Too much people

The location. Have bn a customer for atleast 2 yrs or more n really appreciate the the mattresses as bn changed makes a lot of difference.

Smtimes the washed blankets still has hair stuck on them guess the washer doesn’t take of the hair off the blankets but there as to be a way to get them off the blankets. Extremely unhygienic.

I had a personable and friendly roommate. The check in staff was equally kind.

It was a long distance from Washington Union Station.

Non refundable. I could not stay on the 5th. because I was ill. I have not received a refund. I needed a bed badly for the 4th. I asked the guy change the 5th for the 4th he said no. So, I booked the Amtrak. Right After booking he said he was going to give me a bed… too suspicious.. right after I booked my Amtrak connected to their internet… no I would not come back. Also they did not want to receive me on the 3rd because I arrived at 9:45. Site says you check until 10 pm but on the phone they said 8 pm. So you never know what to expect. The place would not be so bad if they do not place 4 people in a tiny hot room, one of them has a walker, so no space to move….
