Lovely views over the harbour, perfect location for our visit for the pirate festival, and a comfortable clean cottage.
Parking is bad,first come first served for a space but for us we didn't need the car for weekend so parked in carpark and kept paying with an app.

The location was perfect. It goes without saying that a stay in Brixham will involve some steps, so we were prepared for this. A couple of minutes walk down and you are in the town, but without any noise on your doorstep, so perfectly positioned really! The house itself was lovely and welcoming, comfy beds and nice and clean.
Nothing could have improved our stay. It was some much-needed family time and this house served us perfectly!

This was self catering. Cutlery not clean, it was greasy and needed washing before we could use it.
The view from the window was outstanding, best thing about the place. The second bedroom was poor, there was no window and very gloomy. the bedside lamp was not working, and far too big for the table, you could not stand anything else on it. The bushes in the front garden need cutting back, so that you can see the house name. There was also no mention of the steep steps to the front door. Only a post code was given and no road name, not helpful.
Cleaner cutlery, cleaner banister stair rail, felt sticky. Gloominess of second bedroom and lack of space, bedside lamp not working. A road name on the directions would have been handy, and bushes in front garden cut back so that you could see the house name. A mention should have been made about the very steep steps leading to the front door, not easy for an 82 year old.
