Beautifully decorated place! Lots of nice sitting areas with flowers, plants, pillows, and string lights. View of Mt Mayon from the driveway. Good food and coffee. Comfortable and spacious bed.
It was hard to locate the first night. I recommend putting their restaurant name your GPS, Garaje Resto Grill. That is better than inputting the name of the villa. Don’t be deterred if you see construction equipment at first - it isn’t a construction company you’re entering-it’s just a long driveway that might make you think you’re encroaching on someone else’s property - but you’re in the right place!! Note that the shower and jacuzzi are cold. I know that can be deal breaker for some people. Jacuzzi is nice in the evening as the water has warmed up from the day and they can put on the bubbles and you can look at the moon. They use walley talkeys to communicate- like ordering meals. This works well and is convenient when it’s on the right channel. It worked fine until they changed the channel to “fix it” but it didn’t fix it and I realized they didn’t hear me. However they come around every now to look after things outside and so I’d just inquire to make sure they got my food order. If that happens you can also just walk 5 mins to their restaurant to have them fix it. Also no water provided for brushing teeth and for coffee but they have bottled water water you can order with meals so I just did that.

Privacy
De jacuzzi is veel te koud. Receptie weten niet dat we aankomen. Adres is anders dan aangegeven op het website. Zijn er heel veel rode meren in het huisje als jij iets van eten buiten koelkast laten.

We stayed there during the second week of February and we love how it’s centre to everything and the kitchen has the view of Mayon.
The restaurant/karaoke at the front serves the most delicious dishes and is very convenient: we can request food anytime (almost) we want.
The home is beautiful although I wish they have water heaters in the showers. The best asset is the staff, Roderick who made the stay very pleasant.
This is much better in terms of privacy, design and comfort.

Très propre, bien equipé, très belle decoration
- internet non functionelle
- TV non fonctionelle
- Il y a eu beaucoup d’averse durant la nuit et le plafond la ou les lits s’est mis a couler, non pas seulement des gouttes, mais aussi comme une petite pluie. Les oreillés, le matelas tout était trempé, de l’eau s’est accumulé sur le plancher également.
- la personne responsable des lieux est tres peu sympathique également, surtout pour les Phillipines ou la population est en generale tres souriante!
- sur cette reservation il est noté que la reservation est pour 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, rendu la bas, on me donnait le droit qu’a l’acces d’une chambre, il a fallu que j’insiste beaucoup pour avoir le droit a toutes les chambres.
- Il y a peu de chose autour, il faut compter un bon 15-20 min pour se rendre a Legazpi une auto est fortement recommandé
