Great location, quiet serene surroundings and close to Mansfield. Great amenities for kids.
The unfriendly and invisible staff. Reception lady couldn’t muster a smile for the hotel guests. Considering the amount charged per night, there was zero customer service. Guests have to strip the beds, put bedlinen and towels into bags and leave them outside before 9am on the day of checkout. Wifi was quite poor and we had to use our data and hotspot to use the TV.

Very well set up and thought out room with all the basic amenities needed to stay and enjoy your stay. The park extras like the massive playground, chess board, sauna, gym etc were great. the rooms were spacious and the entire apartment was so clean. A truly great experience. The local wildlife were also out so that was fun for the kids (wombats, kangaroos, cockys etc) Finally, the place was QUIET, no noise from other guests or local vehicle driving around so it was so peaceful and serene.
The mattresses could have been a little softer, otherwise, the place was great and we'll be staying there again soon

The location was fantastic, very remote and rustic in the Victorian high country with beautiful scenery. The price was great. The cabins were a good size and comfortable. There were alot of activities available: pool, squash, tennis, pickleball, table tennis, billiards, chess games etc, which we enjoyed.
The whole facility is very dated and could do with some renos. The internet didn't really work which is fair enough in a remote place. The spa broke on the first day so we didn't get to use it as it was cold which was a shame, it wasn't repaired until the day we left. Also the water supply stopped for half a day, and then our plumbing leaked out the front of our cabin which did smell. And, not the fault of this resort but Lake Eildon had algae so not usable.

The location
No adequate heating the heaters in front rooms didn’t make any difference the master bedroom had no heater at all was cold
The on suite bathroom had rusty shower caddy
Water in the bathroom was slowly going down the sink
Facilities in poor state particularly spa
Staff rude and not helpful
Not impressed with paying a lot of money for 3 nights and having to do the housekeeping for them eg: stripping beds and towels and having to have them outside of unit before 9:00am which is before checkout we didn’t have towels to wipe ourselves after shower
