Brandi Herbstritt has been excellent and prompt to respond to our concerns
Cabin was very clean and very well stocked with necessities upon arrival
Very spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms
Movie theatre room was great
Private cabin but conveniently close to local stores
Driveway is very narrow and no turn around space when you get to the top of the driveway by the front door. We had to turn around at the bottom of the hill and then back up the hill
No mop to keep floors clean
Pool was on the cool side, we were not aloud to adjust the temperature
No sitting area on front porch
Living room furniture could use an upgrade
Fire pit was located just around the corner of the bottom deck, no outside lighting so if we were approached by a bear there was no easy way to get to safety, we would have had to go around the sketchy path to the back patio or climb a dirt hill to get to the front door
Hot tub had very calcufied or hard water leaving it cloudy, we bought some hot tub cleaner to help clear it up
