Местоположението. Кухнята и банята.
Последен етаж без асансьор.
Тъмно помещение, но в същото време твърде топло през лятото.
Инсталирана камера пред входната врата, не е ясно кой гледа записите. Никой не ме попита дали съм съгласен да ме снимат. Никой не ме предупреди че ще ме заснимат.

Die Lage ist genial, zentral, nah am Meerespark und dem Strand, aber auch zum Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussweite. Das Apartment ist im Dachgeschoss und bietet eine phantastische Aussicht über Burgas.
Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl im Haus. Auch zum Bett, eingebaut auf einer Zwischendecke, hat eine steile Treppe. Für uns, da sportlich, beides gar kein Problem, aber evtl. für ältere Gäste. Allerdings gibt es unten eine Schlafsofa.
Der Wohnraum ist geräumig und gemütlich, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Weit über das normale Maß hinaus. Lebensmittel in Fülle vorhanden, was extrem aufmerksam ist.

Едно малко бижу. Така ще го опиша. Всичко, от което имате нужда е там до последния детайл. Подредено с много любов и морски привкус. Отзивчиви домакини и много лесна комуникация.
Малък минус, че няма асансьор в случай, че сте с повече багаж.

The place is spacious and in the same time very cozy. I liked that the bed is located in the loft and has a privacy but still a part of the whole space. The closed terrace is very useful and comfortable too. The view from the terrace is very nice and we enjoyed our morning coffee and our dinners there. The place is very quiet and in the same time very conveniently located in the center of the city. Also, the hosts are very nice and responsive.
The bed was not as soft as I would like it to be but manageable. Also, for people less fit then us this can be not as easy to get to the loft using very narrow stairs but for us it was ok. Same for the fact that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on a 5th floor. For people with a lot of luggage (like us) it can be not easy to get it in. We managed (thanks to my husband hard lifting work :-)) but I think it would be fare to know this upfront when we booked the place.
