Had everything we needed, was so clean, hosts were so lovely and helpful !! Very easy check in and check out aswell.
Location was close to Menaggio, however difficult to get to and from if you do not hire a car. The buses are not that frequent and they stop at 7:30pm, meaning it is a €20 taxi back up to the property again. Not the fault of the property though !!

I would recommend tourists to think about choosing this house, first of all it is not cheap and it is located at the top of the mountain, it will be difficult to get there without a car, there is practically no bus even if it says that you have to go, the bus ticket to the center of Menaggio is 3e, a taxi is 30+e and in the evening the last bus goes up the mountain at 18:00 so you will have to climb the mountain for 1.5 hours in the evening or pay for a taxi. The apartment itself has no soundproofing, you can hear all the neighbors. The only plus is that it is heavy. So when choosing this apartment, know that you will spend 300+ euros for a week on transportation
