Stupenda.
Tutto perfetto.
Piscina bellissima.
Host precisi e disponibili. Molto gentili.
Mancava un pò di privacy Con le altre ville. Avrebbero potuto mettere qualche barriera per migliorare la privacy dalla strada verso la zona pranzo/piscina.

Absolutely gorgeous cosy Villa, lots of charm and character.
Perfect for two adult guests and a child.
The pool and grounds are immaculate and very well maintained.
Great location : restaurants, beaches and shops close by - within a short driving distance.
We had neighbours both sides of us and it was very private, quiet and peaceful.
The complex felt very secure and there was always someone around if you needed any assistance.
The team of staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Our second time this year back to Zakynthos and it certainly did not disappoint.
Nothing.
Would highly recommend car hire for getting out and about although there is local taxis available.

Conte Maris V è un alloggio bellissimo. La casa è nuovissima e progettata con grande cura e qualità dei materiali e dei dettagli. La piscina ha delle dimensioni perfette per la casa ed è orientata molto bene. La pergola con il tavolo esterno rende il momento della colazione, del pranzo o della cena rilassante e davvero piacevole.
Il giardino e tutto l’intorno del complesso è super curato. L’interno della casa è spazioso, ben arredato, piuttosto minimal ma allo stesso tempo caldo e accogliente. Il bagno è piccolino ma bello e ben progettato e ha tutto ciò che serve.
La cucina è completa di tutto e abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza della lavatrice.
C’è un comodo parcheggio all’entrata del complesso di ville.
Nei dintorni ci sono servizi sufficienti e in ogni caso la casa si trova a pochi km da spiagge, una ventina di minuti dalla città di Zante e anche tutte le altre mete principali sono raggiungibili in macchina senza problemi.
Abbiamo scelto Conte Maris perché cercavamo un alloggio bello, nuovo e tranquillo, possibilmente a contatto con la natura, nell’ entroterra, lontano dal caos delle zone costiere più turistiche e le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte pienamente.

What a wonderful place to stay. The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean and spacious it was. The garden feels like a resort in itself and we completely unwound here. The location is also perfect. The beach and supermarkets are just around the corner, and there are so many great dining options nearby. Highly recommended if you just want to relax and recharge.
