★★★★★ Wonderful stay — beautiful apartment & fantastic service!
We had such a lovely time staying here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The apartment is absolutely beautiful — exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean throughout, and so welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a thoughtful package of wine, water, biscuits, coffee and tea — such a lovely touch that made us feel right at home.
Everything we needed was provided: the kitchen was fully stocked, there’s plenty of storage in the bathroom, the shower has excellent pressure, and the air conditioning in both the bedroom and open-plan living area works perfectly and keeps things lovely and cool. The bed is comfortable — supportive and firm, just how we like it.
A couple of very minor things to note for future guests:
• The patio door doesn’t lock, but being on the 8th floor this didn’t worry us at all
• The front door needs a firm pull towards you to get the key to turn properly
• The bedside socket on the wardrobe side isn’t working — we used a long extension cable so it wasn’t a problem for us
• The coffee machine has a 3-pin plug that didn’t fit the sockets; as tea lovers we didn’t follow this up, but worth noting
• There’s no coffee table on the patio — we brought the bedroom side table out which worked fine
These are tiny points and in no way detracted from our wonderful stay. What truly stood out was the incredible service from Real Properties: they let us check in a little early which was such a help, and when a late check-out wasn’t possible, they went above and beyond — arranging for the cleaners to do everything except the bathroom so we could pop back and freshen up before leaving, then they finished the rest afterwards. They also looked after our luggage for us. We can’t thank or recommend them enough — truly exceptional care.

Everything. Incredibly clean. Location second to none. Magnificent views. Lovely to have our own space the hotels don't provide. Suzanne from Real properties was great.
