The staff work very hard to communicate in English and, despite the occasional language barrier, do everything they can to provide good service. The breakfast is generous, and the two-room suite offers plenty of space.
The hotel has three floors and no lift. The suite needs greater attention to detail to match the international standards offered by nearby hotels at only slightly higher prices. There were no bedside tables or light switches near the bed, daily cleaning was only partially carried out despite being specifically requested, and the sofa had a broken armrest.
Breakfast is served in a very informal, family-run setting. An older family member repeatedly counted the previous day’s takings in the breakfast room, despite the hotel having an administrative office. This created an uncomfortable impression that financial matters were being given too much prominence in front of guests. Overall, the property would benefit from further investment and greater attention to detail.
