Our recent stay of 32 days at David’s apartment was perfect.
Apartment is on ground floor and has direct pool access.
Check in and check out was very easy and smooth.
Apartment has everything you need from doing a little cooking at home and enjoying in the terrace to sitting on the comfy couch to watch your favourite tv
Show or just relax, wifi is also very good and no issues
Shower has great pressure and the temperature is easy to adjust.
Air conditioning works really well
Cleaning and linen change was included once a week in our rental agreement and the staff were delightful and very attentive to ensure the apartment is cleaned
The facilities were exceptional, from the lagoon pool with access from our terrace to the infinity pool at beach front with sun lounges and cabanas that were easily booked through the intercontinental residence portal which the concierge helped us navigate.
There is also a steam room, library, gym which we didn’t get to use.
All staff at the residence were always courteous and polite and greeted you with a smile.
Location is perfect, green baht bus stops just out the front to head south and a short walk across the walk bridge to Market Village for all your shopping needs.
The green and orange baht bus stops at Market Village if you want to head north.
David and his assistant Nick were always only a WhatsApp message away and responded very quickly with any questions we had.
We re already booked again for July and November
