Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Modern comfortable furniture. Plenty of crockery, pans, glasses and cups. Lots of car parking and only a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket and a bus stop to get into town. It's only a 20-30 minute walk into the old town.
The kitchen has limited cooking utensils. I don't suppose many people cook here though. As we were up and out early and relatively late back in the evening, we did cook and it would have been handy to have had a baking tray and spatula.

The host was nice and they left chocolates on our pillows :)
The apartment was nice, clean, it had everything we needed. There was parking near the building and it was close to the city center.
If we're ever back in Graz we'd gladly stay with them again!

Cons
-one side of the balcony shutters is stuck and can't be moved, shutters also feel fragile
-Shower head nozzles were mostly clogged up
-There still was water in the coffee machine and in the water cooker, both appliances were calcified
