En general el interior de la habitación me pareció muy cálido, me invitaba a estar agusto y cómoda. El toque de luz tras las cabeceras de las camas, el contraste de la madera del escritorio con el resto de los muebles. El detalle de algunos de los pisos con figuras, las tazas y el café, la calidad del shampoo, acondicionador y crema para el cuerpo con un olor muy agradable.
En general esta muy bien, pero si puedo recomendar algo sería en el exterior, me parece que le pueden sacar mejor partido a los rincones, al área central de la entrada, en la subida de las escaleras.. tal vez con macetas grandes de barro y plantas naturales.

Limpio, tiene frigo bar, tiene secadora (pero no funcionaba), te dan café y agua, la cama cómoda y con tv, no habia ruido y hay una cafeteria saliendo, esta muy cerca de Santo Domingo por lo que puedes salir a caminar a gusto en la zona turistica, el cuarto es muy silencioso y en lo personal prefiero no tener ruido pero incorporan un aparato de ruido blanco si necesitan, no tiene vista a nungun lado.
El cuarto muy pequeño, para el ingreso es complicado, no hay quien atienda en recepción te dan codigos de acceso y esta dentro de una plaza que cierran a cierta hora por lo que los codigos se vuelven indispensables, no hay telefono para recepcion y el agua salia muy fria o muy caliente, no hay quien te apoye con las matelas cuando ingresas, y por el codigo se vuelve tedioso.

The location was fantastic. The room was also really clean and had many amenities, including a mini fridge which was much appreciated. The staff was also really helpful when we needed something both in person and via messaging. There was a fair amount of street noise given the busy area and overall loudness of the city, but there was a white noise machine which helped a lot.
Most of the staff didn't speak English, so be aware of this if you don't speak Spanish and might need help during your stay. The bed in our room was also really tiny and felt cramped with 2 of us in it. It felt smaller than a double.
