La hospitalidad de sus anfitriones, comodidad y limpieza del lugar, dispone de espacios comunes, cocina, living y sala de estar. Sin dudas volveremos!, se trata de un lugar gestionado con amor y dedicación y eso se nota!

It's the private home of the owners, which they share with guests.
Public transportation busses are available in front of the building, as one of the main streets of Asunción is right in front. All shops available. Relatively quiet inside, as our window went onto the patio.
Cameras everywhere for every move you make, apart from bathroom and guest rooms.
Our window went to the public seating area, which was also the smoking area. As there are only ventilators it gets very hot, unless you open the window and then you get the noise and the smoke in the room.
Even though it says on bookings, no Cash allowed, the only way to pay was in cash. On top, they Charged us the reservation Tax, which bookings charges for their advertising, on top of the room and VAT rate. If we didn't pay, they would have cancelled our reservation. For them it was just so little, not worth talking about, but this is not the way it works. If the room rate was to low, charge a higher price from the beginning. I would like to know beforehand, how much I am paying for a room and not charge on top, what isn't right. Never has anyone tried to charge the internal fee on top.
In the App it say pretty clear the sum, the guests have to pay.
