sehr ruhige Lage; gepflegte und saubere Wohnung; alles nötige vorhanden; Räumlichkeiten groß und gut eingeteilt; man konnte sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Zentrumsnahe Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Ein Kleiderständer in den Schlafräumen wäre praktisch.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung (ein Paar, ein Freund) und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns geschnitten. Aber auch eine Familie mit zwei Kindern hätte dort gut Platz gefunden. Alles war neu renoviert, sauber und großzügig. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Obwohl die Lage zentral ist (nahe Bauhaus-Universität und Liszt-Haus, ist es ruhig dort. Der (schriftliche) Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief schnell und unkompliziert.
Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen. Lediglich das Waschbecken im Bad könnte etwas breiter sein - aber das ist wirklich eine Kleinigkeit, wegen der man die Wohnung nicht abwerten würde.
