I had to change my room to different room due to AC unit not properly working and window panel .
The new room on a different wing is more quiet that the previous
The hotel needs to enforce more with this their smoking policy.
There were cigarettes smell in the hall way and smokers 2 rooms down from mine.

ミーケービーチが目の前、毎日起きたら部屋から海を眺めるのが日課になりとてもよかったです。
朝食も毎日少しずつ違うラインナップになっていて、レストランもオーシャンビューなので最高です。
スタッフのみなさんはとても親切に接してくれました。
チェックイン14時、チェックアウト12時で滞在時間眺めでありがたいです。
スタバやHIGH LANDS COFFEEがホテルの敷地というかホテルのすぐ外の海側にあります。マッサージやコンビニのようなお店もホテルのすぐ横にありましたよ！
シャワー室のドア周辺や壁の下の方が少しカビていますが、水回りだし仕方ないかなという程度でした。トイレやシャワー室に髪の毛がほんの少し落ちていましたがこちらも気になるほどではなく、自分で掃除しました。
朝食が6時からで、出かける予定もあり毎朝6時にレストランに行ったのですが、朝早いとスタッフがいないのか、フォーや目玉焼きのキッチンコーナーに誰もいなくて一度も食べられませんでした。
良くなかった点を書く欄があったので書きましたがどれも気になるほどではありません。

Location - amazing location on My Khe beach.
Room view was amazing. From the balcony we can see the entire city, beach, Lady Buddha statue and also parts of the city.
Some staff were very friendly. Some staff were not. So its always better to talk with the senior / managers
Morning breakfast was good. However didnt have many vegetarian options nor did they want the chef to prepare something for you. It was an buffet breakfast options with standard food items.
Also they offered me a free meal as part of the deal and that again has non veg options. We asked them to replace it with a Pizza / Pasta which they declined it on the face. "Impossible to do it". Next day their Guest Services Manager apologized and arrange for a free transport to our next hotel and gave a fruit platter. However we have to order our food from outside.
