Well appointed rooms, lots of storage, friendly and welcoming staff, exceptional restaurant staff and cooks. We were served tasty and delicious food both days we stayed and we would love to get back to this facility if we come back.
Not that big an issue, but their location seems a bit off due to the ongoing construction in and around the property I guess

Breakfast was fine but can have more choices. Perhaps the service can be a little better. South Indian food was not good.

The reception and mandir and the welcome was nice. The rooms were reasonably comfortable.
However it did not live up to our expectations of a Quality Inn Hotel ( and we have stayed at a few).
Overall, it was a disappointing stay.
After the welcome, we were sent to an unserviced room and later to a serviced room.
The room was comfortable but there was too much noise - no soundproofing.
The shower room was dirty - slimy & slippery. Water leaked out from the shower area outside the shower door.
The bathroom towels & hand towels were damp.
Only one cup & glass were provided even though we were a couple. Despite phone requests this was not remedied
No fridge in room.
No chair for sitting.
Many of the facilities said to be available ( on hotel.com site)are not available.
Food & Service
- the food was average both in taste and variety. - limited options.
- the food was cold (despite our requests for warmer food).
- Could not get a bottle of cold/chilled water (told there was none when requested).
- the serving staff tried to be helpful but appeared uncertain of their responsibilities and there weren’t enough of them.
- flies in dining room.
Travel request
When requested to arrange transport to the airport we were given a phone number and asked to make our own arrangement.
