Proximity to bus-stop to NY. Neigboorhood. Cleanliness. Comfort.
It says FULL KITCHEN, but without a dishwasher.
There is no washing machine.
It says ''Upper floors accessible by stairs only''. It gives feeling that the place is multi-floor and you are renting the whole building. In fact the place is Upper floor only. You share the house with a lower-floor neighboor.
Parking is listed as one of the main property, but it is a PAID parking. I think PAID should be emphasized whenever you write Parking. when you try to pay online, they charge 25USD/day, instead of 20USD/day.
There is no ''additional toilet''.

Lovely clean 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Great appliances and layout. Close to shops and restaurants. We found out that if we walked for 15-20 minutes to a bus stop where direct buses took us to Manhattan in 20 mins as opposed to the local bus. Ferry was also an excellent way to cross into Manhattan.
Stairs were steep to first floor. Would have been great to know about the more direct bus route.
