Quiet location, felt very safe area. Clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed.
We didn't realise the duplex apartment had a spiral staircase. This was really quite steep and not really that easy to use. While we were able to use this, even though in our late 70's I can imagine many would find it quite difficult.

Questa struttura è andata oltre alle mie aspettative. Appartamento impeccabile in stabile signorile, staff attento, asciugamani profumatissimi e zona tranquilla per la sera e comoda per raggiungere il centro. La piscina sul tetto un plus non scontato e molto utile in estate. Consiglio assolutamente!

Well designed, spotless,all facilities available
Customer service was very poor. There is no reception, and communication with management is a nightmare. The only way to contact them is through WhatsApp messages
—no phone calls. They don't seem to understand English well and rely on Google Translate, which can easily cause misunderstandings. Most replies are automated, making it difficult to get help when you need it. When we arrived, it took 90 minutes for them to find our booking, so we had to wait outside the hotel until they finally gave us the access code. This made our stay quite unpleasant.
