Great stay in the heart of Spain

Modern look and feel. Location at walking distance from Casa de Campo park and Royal Palace. Puerta de Angel neighborhood.

Having to place a security deposit. Receiving email trying to sell me safety deposit insurance.

Good value for what you pay but no service

It was well communicated how to use the software to open the door. Cleaning staff was very friendly and provided with extra material for cleaning. Air conditioner was there. It is very close to Circular metro station and Line 10. Nice park and lakes around.

Ants were everywhere, washing machine was not offered. The middle door was opened all the time. The block 8 of this company is very loud because people come in big groups and leave again. No option to store the luggage. By check out there was only message to not forget that they don't store the luggage and it is your responsibility to think about it, not very nice.

Would be happy to stay here again

-Very quiet apartment and the area is lovely, with restaurants, cafes, and several grocery stores nearby. There are also nearby lavanderías if you need to wash clothes. -AC works really well and gets the entire space cooled quickly. The hot water and water pressure are great. -Aside from the kitchen (detailed below), the apartment is well-equipped with shower gel, shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. -Staff are quite communicative and helpful via WhatsApp. -The neighborhood is quite walkable and also accessible to both the Metro and helpful bus lines within a few blocks.

-I had access issues when I got there as the property hadn’t sent any info about door codes. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they sent me the online form to get the codes to the door. That could’ve been smoother as I was stuck outside with my luggage for a while figuring out how to get into the building. -There’s a dishwasher and a drying rack installed above the sink, but no dishes are provided. There’s a tea kettle but no mugs/cups from which to drink tea, which seemed rather strange.

Zona tranquila y de fácil comunicación con el centro de Madrid en metro o bus. Muchos negocios alrededor tipo tiendas, super, panaderías, hostelería.... La habitación cómoda, no le faltaba de nada y a pesar de no tener una recepción no la echas en falta.

Si tengo que decir algo, el sofá cama solo tenía los cojines del sofá, unos cojines para dormir no vendrían nada mal.
