We had a wonderful stay at tis property! Federico was such a kind and friendly host, and his English was excellent. He gave us so many useful tips and recommendations, and he was always available to help with anything we needed. He truly made our stay special.
Our apartment was very spacious and newly refurbished, with plenty of storage space and all the essentials, including a coffee maker and kettle. The bed was also very comfortable.
The best part, however, was the balcony. The beautiful view made it such a lovely place to relax, and we really enjoyed spending time there.
The location is great too - within walking distance of the old town and very close to the railway and bus stations. The neighbourhood felt safe, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby.
I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Genoa. Thank you, Federico, for making our stay so special!

Perfettamente situata nel centro di Genova, ristrutturata impeccabilmente, offre un livello di ospitalità pari se non superiore a parecchi Hotels del centro.

Camera molto bella e moderna, si vede che c’è molta cura nella gestione e anche la posizione è perfetta per muoversi dove si vuole, ancora più comodo il fatto che sia vicino alla stazione e al centro storico!
Federico è stato veramente gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato a capire come meglio muoversi in città e quali posti/spiagge sarebbero stati meglio visitare.
Caratteristica ottima è la professionalità dello staff, indicazioni chiare e sufficienti, consigliatissimo!

Federico te explica todo muy bien y te ayuda en cualquier duda que tengas.El apartamento es bastante espacioso,cama muy cómoda y lo mejor que tiene persiana y se duerme muy bien.A unos 300 metros del tren y el centro está bastante cerca.
Todo muy bien,quizás la limpieza que te hacen a diario algo básica,pero por lo general todo muy bien
