Quality hotel by any standards - superb room and top service at reception so many times! Restaurants are excellent and reasonable value for the price.
Great staff every day, very comfortable place to stay.
Baghdad is big - and taxis are the only way around. Very safe but check price in advance.

we reserved two rooms beside each other , we could hear the sound through walls , one night we could not sleep through noise coming from outside like drilling , ok they changed my partner room , but we suffered one full night until the offered to change the room . they are having 15 floor lounge for business men never opened , we asked them for refund of the last night since we have urgent matter to leave , they refused to refund the last night , all actions show they are unprofessional dealing with business men coming to their Hotel .
