This is a lovely little hotel in Da Nang!
We were looking for a little rest and relaxation after travelling non-stop for 5 months and this hotel really delivered. The room was so comfortable, extremely clean throughout our stay and spacious. The TV was modern (YouTube and other apps available to cast to) and it was just a quiet, comfortable place to recuperate for a few days in. The room was also bright and airy, with the window letting a lot of natural light in; the ceiling fan worked wonders after a hot day also.
The pool and the surrounding area is a highlight, it gets a lot of sun but has a tree providing shade for some of it throughout the day. The pool area is surrounded by plants also - it's clear that the gardeners work very hard here, and the result is a beautiful space to relax in. The staff were also extremely professional and friendly here.

Staff were friendly, reception area was nice and welcoming, bed was comfortable and room was cool enough, with a good thick curtain and big lockers.
The female dorm did not feel safe. It felt like anyone could just walk in off the street into the dorm areas and our room was the first one in the area. There should be another lockable door between the pool area and the dorms.
The air conditioning unit was leaking in the dorm.
Some male guests were making noise around 12-1am (extremely loud talking, yelling, playing music) in the pool area which is right next to our dorm. The staff did nothing about this until me and another girl went and asked them twice to turn it down, and after the staff must have come out after I messaged them via booking.com. It is not a 'party hostel' so there should be some sort of enforcement of rules around noise.
The dorm was quite tight and hard to access lockers if anyone was packing up.
The bathrooms were pretty gross, with no hooks on the doors of the showers and no where to hang towels, clothes or toiletries bags.
