The property was very welcoming, cosy, clean, well-appointed. We loved the cottage which had so much character as well as a modern kitchen and laundry, good heating, and warm and comfortable beds. We loved sitting around the gas combustion heater in the evening, and also the quiet surrounds and the sweet and friendly farm animals.

The restoration of the old house has been done veery well. The house is in a great location, very quiet with plenty of space and room to move. Being able to site outside and just watch nature was very restful.

- Large house with lots of beds and space
- Decent kitchen
- Dog friendly
- The host was friendly
- The electric heaters didn’t really work and the gas fireplace fan was broken, so we were very cold the whole time
- Shower was very awkward to use and splashed water everywhere
- The rules/signs everywhere were a bit unfriendly and off putting
