Quirky charm.
The couches are old/saggy and potentially hard to get out of for older people.

An excellent location just a short walk to the beach and the town centre. The cottage was cosy and comfortable, as well as being dog friendly. Communication from Deb was prompt and efficient, and very helpful.

Location of property to centre of town.
Kitchen well appointed.
Did have a lot of character.
Sank too far when sitting on the lounge chairs in TV room. Shouldn't have to sit on 2 cushions to compensate....not ideal for 74yo backs.
Musky odour throughout the house. Maybe due to age of house/carpets.

Mozzies they were relentless perhaps a couple of citrinalla burners out in courtyard would be great.
