Die Wohnung ist topp gelegen: wenige Gehminuten zum See und zum Festival-Gelände. Es ist eine schmucke Wohnung im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss eines älteren Hauses. Alex und Lena waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich.
Im heissen Sommer wurde es trotz der beschatteten Dachfenster tagsüber sehr warm, in der Nacht konnten wir aber gut durchlüften. Um selber zu kochen, wäre die Ausstattung der Küche ein wenig knapp.

Für einen Festspielbesuch ist die Lage super- alles fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Parkmöglichmöglichkeit am Straßenrand sehr angenehm - und kostenlos. Und: Das leckere hausgemachte Begrüßungseis im Eisfach schmeckte sehr gur!
Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ist der kleine Ventilator in einer Mini- Dachwohnung NICHT ausreichend! Zudem muss erwähnt werden, dass die Raumhöhe in Schlafzimmer und Bad für Menschen über 1, 50m ungeeignet ist und zu Beulen führen kann. 😳 Der Preis mag gestspielbefingt in der Hochsaison begründet sein, doch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist dennoch schlecht!

Op goede locatie t.o.v. strand bodensee en centrum. Functioneel ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Heerlijk ijsje bij aankomst.
Appartement is op de zolder waardoor het met schuine plafonds erg krap is in slaap- en badkamer
