Apartment was modern, newly decorated and very clean. Lots of space inside apartment and on the balcony. Basic cooking and cleaning items at apartment. Washer/dryer but took own cleaning pods. Airer to hang washing with pegs. Nespresso pod coffee machine in apartment but took own milk frother. WiFi was great. Netflix on TV but you just sign in to own account and sign out when you leave. Beds were comfortable. Double in main bedroom. 2 single in other bedroom but can push together. Lots of hanging space. Hangers included. Drawer space in each wardrobe. Free standing fans and air con was great. Blinds/shutters in all rooms. Great shower. Ice in freezer. Everything you needed was at the apartment. Apartment is within a block, gated complex so felt very safe. Quiet area. Pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers which you have to put on the grass and not near the pool area. Water wasn't too cold and 1.4m was the deepest. Very clean and toilets near pool which were also clean. We were met at the parcela 5 entrance by booking host. Very nice friendly lady who spoke good English. Lift to apartment on 3rd floor. Great apartment and 5 min walk to aldi/carrefour supermarket. Bags in apartment. 15 min walk to la cala centre. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely return again 😊
Apartment has a large balcony which is great but would have preferred sun loungers on the balcony. There were 2 low beach chairs at the apartment which we also used on the balcony but sun loungers would have been a bonus especially for an apartment of this size and some other apartments nearby had them.
Every now and then there is a rotten egg smell near the area mostly late at night. We found out that there is a sewage plant further up the road and the smell is caused by the vents at the plant being opened 2/3 times a week but it is quite off putting if you are sitting outside or have the doors open. Heard that it has got worse because of the sewage system the area has and due to all the new apartments being built in the area. Would still come back though as I love the area.

Beautifully modern apartment with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of private parking within gated community. Grounds very well maintained, plenty of loungers and the pool is spotless.
Short 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, restaurants and beach. Supermarkets only 5 min away.
